Abdulaziz Al Farraj is a lawyer and the founding and managing partner of Al Farraj
Abdulaziz specializes in judicial disputes, particularly general and commercial
litigation, which requires cognitive and qualitative knowledge of jurisprudential
rulings, and experience related to the Companies Law, the Commercial Court Law,
judicial precedents and related matters. In addition, he provides legal
consultations related to partnership issues and others, representing clients in this

Omar El-Assir is a partner in Al Farraj, leading the Corporate and Private
Investments, Banking and Financial Services, and Capital Markets Department.
Omar has a proven track record of advising local, regional, and international
entities, agencies, and organizations on matters related to corporate law, private
equity, banking and finance, and capital market regulation.
He is widely recognized as a leading expert in corporate governance and has a proven
track record of advising international, regional, and local bodies (such as the
International Finance Corporation and the Lebanese Government) on governance and

Omar wrote numerous legal articles and publications addressing, among other things,
topics related to corporate law, securities regulations, and banking corporate
governance.
Omar holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Saint Joseph University and a Master's
degree in Private International Law and International Business Law from
Pantheon-Sorbonne University (Paris 1). He has been a member of the Beirut Bar
Association since 2002 and a member of the Saudi Bar Association.
Eddy Maghariki is a partner at Al Farraj, and a member of the Corporate, Private
Equity, Banking & Finance, and Capital Markets department.
Eddy served as legal counsel to numerous companies in various cross-border
acquisition deals, and to numerous banks, investment banks, and financial
institutions in their capital market projects and products.
Eddy wrote numerous legal articles and publications addressing, among other things,
issues related to data privacy laws and banking regulation.
Eddy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from La Sagesse University in Lebanon and a
Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology and Intellectual Property from La
Sagesse University.

Tarek El-Hassan is a partner at Al Farraj, leading the Litigation and Dispute
Resolution department. He has over 20 years of experience in litigation, providing
legal advice and representation to clients. He plays a pivotal role in guiding them

them effectively overcome legal challenges. His deep and extensive experience in
civil, commercial, insurance, and labor cases makes him a trusted advisor in dispute

Before joining Al Farraj , Tarek held prominent positions in prestigious law firms
in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he was seconded in 2011 to represent Al-Tayyar
Law Firm before the Saudi Ministry of Investment. In the Sultanate of Oman, he
served as Special Counsel in the Dispute Resolution department at Said Al-Shahry &
Partners (SASLO), where he has been selected since 2023 by Legal 500 (EMEA) as a
recommended lawyer in dispute resolution in Oman.
In Lebanon, Tarek served as a
partner and head of the litigation department at Antoine Abboud & Associates and was

Hossam Geddo has more than 10 years of experience in financial management. He is
